No, a registration is not mandatory.

You can do this anytime at the profile section.

Can I continue to use my subscription after canceling it?

If you cancel your subscription, you will still have access to the service until the end of the already paid period. This means that you can use the subscription until the last day for which you have already paid.

How many devices can I use with PREMIUM at the same time?

You can easily log into your PREMIUM account on all devices. However, in the near future it will no longer be possible to use PREMIUM "simultaneously" on all devices.
