Refunds

You can try every feature free for 14 days before you pay, so you know what you’re getting. If The Browser still isn’t right for you, we’ll refund your purchase in full within 14 days. No questions asked.

How to ask

Reply to your Polar receipt, or write to hello@thebrowser.app with the email you bought with. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days, and the license key stops working.

Your legal rights

This policy adds to any rights you have under the consumer law where you live. It doesn’t take any away.
