By downloading or using The Browser, you agree to these terms.

Trial and license

You can use every feature free for 14 days. After that, using The Browser requires a license, sold for a one-time price of $9.99 plus any tax that applies.

A license is personal. You can use it on every Mac you own or use. Please don’t share or resell your key. A license covers the version you buy and the updates we publish for it.

Purchases

Purchases are processed by Polar, which acts as the merchant of record and reseller. Polar’s terms apply to the transaction. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Agents

If you share a tab with an AI agent, the agent acts in that tab as you, with your cookies and sessions. You are responsible for what you let an agent do, and for following the terms of the websites it uses.

Acceptable use

Use The Browser lawfully. Don’t reverse engineer the licensing or try to get around it.

No warranty

The Browser is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be waived.

Changes
